Lost my original wonderful Row E stalls and now stuck at the side of the Royal Circle. Really can’t stand people at wrk who act like something is urgent when it’s really bloody not. I wanted to yell at them “WHAT ABOUT ALL ABOUT EVE?”

I got straight in and had the exact ticket I wanted in my basket but the pages were loading so slowly the 10 min limit timed out before I could enter my card details - utterly ridiculous!
Now back in the queue...

Same here. It’s like an impossible challenge. Starting to wonder if I should see it as a sign that I’m better off waiting for an inevitable rush/lottery down the line.

So frustrating. Great seats in the basket, proceed to checkout but then refusing to let me login, reset password or do anything. Order now timed out and back at 800 in the queue.

They’re not even opening the phone lines which is more frustrating. It just hangs up on you.

Are TodayTix charging much higher fees than DMT? Not sure what the DMT fees are but TodayTix appears to be 10%. TodayTix offered me a decent non-premium mid-stalls seat for the first Friday so I've gone for it as the DMT queue appears to be going nowhere and keeps randomly refreshing! Looks as if quite a lot of people may have gone for the TodayTix option instead as quite a few of their allocations in various price bands have sold out! |

Finally managed to book but with the £95 premium stalls. They had no decent £70 ones left with 3 seated together without leaving a single seat. I didn’t stall once and still only had one minute left to go by the end. Awful site speed.
Apt that I’ve booked for Oscar weekend when we have our regular Oscar watching parties. It’s like a teenage sleepover for 40 year olds.

Second time lucky! Got the same seats I'd lost first time around and just made it through the payment screen before time ran out. That was as stressful as booking Heathers!

Well this is not going well. The money's gone off my card, but I have no confirmation email and it's not appearing in my future bookings on the website either, and their phone line keeps hanging up on me!

Phewww. Made it and even got the seat I wanted. My usual trick worked - I used my phone browser instead of PC. The queue was moving much faster and DMT site was also reloading without problems. So, panic gone and now I just need to make sure I'm still alive in April 2019.

Finally got the ticket I wanted second time through. The last time I had this difficulty was also a show Gillian Anderson (Streetcar when it literally took all day to get a ticket), box offices take note if she is in your production!

Finally got through on DMT and annoyingly the seat I wanted is still available - that'll teach me to be patient!
It's selling well but still plenty of availability.
