Anyone else finding that booking both parts of the Inheritance plus one other is not allowing for the 20% saver price?

Ah OK I hadn't realised you were booking across two different days - that's a bit more unexpected, guess the Young Vic is trying to call it one show which is a bit of a cheek given they're not pricing it as such!

As noted on the Fun Home thread - TodayTix has a pre-sale on all the new Young Vic shows until Thursday. No multi-buy discount of course. But you can get £10 off with a referral code (eg SEZCE but other codes are available ) Currently a bit confusing looking at Inheritance as they don't indicate any 2 play days but I think some of the dates they are selling are 2 play days.

Hmm, I see the lowest price they're selling anything for is £13. Think I'll wait until Friday when I'll be able to get most of it for a tenner.

Yes, they bung a £3 booking fee on everything. So (depending how much you're booking) cheaper than £50 for membership for advance booking but I'm doing the same as you and waiting for Friday

I'll wait for public booking as well. Not getting an instant sell out vibe from any of them!

Even Fun Home won't sell that quickly. It's wonderful and will probably sell out in due course, but it's not even opening until next June, and we're only just halfway through July! I'll eat humble pie if I'm wrong, but I'm confident there'll be no real problem waiting until Friday.

I'll wait for public booking as well. Not getting an instant sell out vibe from any of them! The Jungle is selling strongly, it will likely sell out well before it opens. I get the impression the staging is going to reduce audience size so be quick for that one.

May have got slightly hysterical with daughter "what a PRESALE with todaytix? But I have it all pencilled in for Friday, how dare they confuse me, do they expect me to think on my feet? Arrrrgh" Have now calmed down a little and booked a £23 seat for each of the parts on a Wed (bit nerve racking as bought one part and then very quickly went back in to buy the other on the same day!) Decided could use my £10 credit from referral to offset the £3 a ticket booking fee! If anyone wants my code for £10 off first purchase feel free too! SBOXQ

Bought my inheritance tickets, it's about AIDS and is a 2 parter could be the next Angels in America. Also directed by Stephen Daltry, so what not to like?

Well that was fairly painless! Got on the site at 9:30, was then 17th in the queue when booking opened.
Booked for Fun Home, Inheritance (2 play day)and Brothers Size. Of the three Inheritance looks to be selling fastest as it said "only 3 tickets left" in band C when I selected the date. £16 each, bargain! Even if it does mean I've booked for Fun Home 51 weeks in advance.
Got an error when adding the second and third shows to my basket ("can't create duplicate key") but when I checked my basket the tickets were there.

Same for me. I managed to book everything, even for some friends. Now I hope I won't be run over by a bus tonight.

Took me about twenty minutes to get onto the site, but I got everything I wanted for the price I wanted, with the little warm glow of vindication for all the times I've told people I'm sure there'll be plenty of Fun Home tickets left come today.

After half an hour in the queue, I got U25 tickets for the dates I wanted for both The Inheritance and Fun Home without trouble. Much less stressful than Entry Pass booking!

Got through the queue by about 10:30, I got a lucky dip ticket for both parts of The Inheritance on a weeknight - there weren't any lucky dip tickets left for the Saturday 2 play day that I looked at. First time booking with the Young Vic, an all round pleasant experience!
And thanks Baemax for your reassurance - I decided to get the Fun Home tickets through TodayTix to be sure to get them, but waited for general sale for The Inheritance to avoid paying £6 booking fee on £20 worth of tickets!

Urgh. Got in at 10:02, booked two lucky dip tickets assuming it was the Young Vic equivalent of ENO's secret seat. Googled to find the info on lucky dip and it includes standing... fine for me but not my elderly mother. Going to call and ask to switch to seats, ugh.

To let you all know, I got through on the phone line in less than 30 seconds which was way more convenient than going through the website

How does one acquire the U25 tickets, specifically for Fun Home? Or all they all sold out now?
EDIT: Worked it out - not available during previews which is what I was checking! Got my U25 tickets for the end of June 2018, madness!

What is the general experience with the Lucky Dip option? I have chosen that for The Brothers size, The Inheritance, and Fun Home. Maybe I should have asked the question before :-)

His programming in Baltimore has been pretty conservative (as might be expected from the American theatre culture and its funding, I suppose). The Young Vic, however, has been thriving with its director led approach and has a niche which isn't particularly satisfied elsewhere, so I imagine that approach will be retained.
