For Network and Follies I avoided the morning scrum and bought good tickets in the afternoon with no queue. Admittedly I don't mind waiting until late in the run but unless you absolutely must get certain tickets on certain days, I don't know why you would bother with the morning rush outside of something like Angels in America where you could sense the demand was very high.

It's for all productions that the higher tier now have access to That's really annoying - hoping there are some crumbs left by the time poor oiks like me have a chance to book.

After the Thursday booking debacle, I had another attempt and did manage to buy a £15, front section matinee ticket for this. However, as the check-out process kept failing, so much time had elapsed that my order would have expired, so I tried again for a different date, only to find I then had two tickets. I have no intention of paying the £2 fee to return the spare, given the issues at the NT end, but I could always offer it here first.

Ooh, I'd be up for that if it's still available!

I could always offer it here first. (Btw I have to go out for a bit so won't be online for an hour or so but I've messaged you - not quite sure how this works because I haven't done it before)

For info: when I checked yesterday, there were still some front section £15 seats available further into the run.

No problem with member online booking this morning. 434 in line, in at 8.45am, booked this (had to go for a more expensive seat as nothing in the cheap seats on my date), Beginnings and Pinocchio with no trouble at all, out by 8.55am. They seem to have sorted it all. Yes, no problems at all (was just behind you in the queue). Not that many seats left for the Network date I wanted but enough good ones.

Was a bit of a queue, but got 15 pound tickets for Network, Pinniochio and St George no probs. Will wait for them to release £15 seats for Beginning

Btw, with some of the dates that said £15 seats available on the main dates page there weren't any showing when I clicked through to the seat plan, though with later dates there were. However, when I then (having booked) tried again, some hitherto hidden £15 seats showed when I clicked the seating plan a second time on the dates that weren't showing yellow seats - though by then I seemed to have used up my cheap seat allocation. If you see what I mean!

Are there likely to be any semi-decent seats left for us plebs by the time this is open to all and sundry?

I got really annoyed by this system after the Mosquitoes tickets all went in minutes back in May so got Advance membership, but it's one of those things that makes me think bulls--t when I hear some theatres talk about inclusivity and diversity and all that jazz. I live in Liverpool so when our heavily subsidised, London based 'national' theatres offer last minute 'rush' tickets, it's no good to me at all, given the price of last minute rail fares!

Are there likely to be any semi-decent seats left for us plebs by the time this is open to all and sundry? I wouldn't hang around too long after public booking opens next week - but based on what I saw when I booked today, yes, although for the cheapest seats your choice of performance may be limited. There's a lot more availability after Christmas. (I wasn't able to get online until noonish so I missed the early-morning rush; I was able to book for the performance I wanted, but I paid a little more than I'd anticipated. It balanced out, though, because I paid less than I expected for 'Follies'.)

Thanks, I'll check it out - I use Virgin west coast and the £16 fares are snapped up very quickly weeks in advance, specially for weekends (I suspect some people buy them and then don't always use them). There seems to be a ticket sale for November - £11 singles - but no cheap advance fares showing at all for October (weirdly) so I may have to reschedule St George.

Strange, I got tickets in October via that offer just yesterday, plenty of cheap seats throughout. In fact that was what made me squeeze St George in, with transport and Premier Inn for a night for only £60 total, with the chance to add another couple of shows later (waiting for Royal Court announcement). EDIT: still there, click through he advert on the front page.

click through he advert on the front page. Hi, no, there were sale tickets in November but nothing at all for October, not even the usual 16.50, 23 or 32 advance tickets - very odd. I'll keep checking back in case it's gremlins but I've booked a £15 St George for November instead with £11 each way.

I got in pretty quickly but it doesn't look like there are any £15 stalls seats for Amex bookers. I've taken back of the circle for now but with an eye to getting something slightly closer come Friday, fingers crossed! And if that doesn't happen, hell, at least I'm through the door.

Yes, reckon they didn't release any £15 ones as I was also in quick but not one left for the whole run! Also slim (non-existent) picking for George and the Dragon front rows...will try again on Friday! haha!

Yes, I looked at Network, almost booked then I remembered what "Obsession" was like Think I'll wait for Friday Rush. There is good availability but as you say nothing at cheap prices.

Ah - I made the rookie error of logging in before booking which meant Amex didn't work. Finally got on and ended up booking a single expensive seat for Network (Bryan Cranston) and two cheap tix for St. George (first row circle.) But annoyed to have wasted a half hour unable to book because I was logged on (social media says this can cause some 'catching.')

I have AMEX booking but didn't bother for today. Angels had a fair amount of last-minute availability - a good amount of tickets (including the £15 first four rows) were put on sale close to performance dates. I will risk Network doing the same, especially I'd rather see it in November than Feb/March. Still, I'll see what Friday brings/

Well that was a relatively stress-free Entry Pass booking! Lowest number in queue on all browsers I was on was 545, got through in just under 20 minutes, managed to grab a 2nd preview ticket. Very excited....Bryan Cranston for goodness sake!! Row D in stalls, if I can survive almost 8 hours at the front, I can do a normal-length play! Also hoping for some relatively average height audience members please and thanks. Lots of availability for later in the run and availability for Pinocchio, too, though I decided not to bother with that just yet. They still have a problem with multiple dates showing "limited availability" when really it's sold out, giving you a false sense of hope!! And it may help streamline the queues, but this extra queue on the actual date selection page is a really, really crap idea. Precious seconds wasted in more pointless queues and all the tickets have still gone when you get through to it!
But all in all, no real complaints from me, got my ticket for early in the run which is exactly what I wanted, so I'm a happy bunny!

It seems like every performance that isn't totally sold out has at least some £15 front four row seats. But nothing before Xmas.
