Had no real desire to see this other than for Gemma and Michael but one of my close friends just messaged me that she booked us tickets in Row T for the 14th October. What is the view like from there, any good?
I am more looking forward to it now it is booked, but I wasn't excited before really haha.

I know. I thought I had an aisle though and I don't. Oh rats :-( Knowing how well this has sold generally, it's possible that when we get there, we might find there will still be a decent choice of seats to move to if we're not happy with our allocated one... |

The top of the stage gets cut off by the dress circle overhang - perhaps someone who's been already can tell us if that matters for this particular show. The advantage of Row T is you're on a gangway so can stretch your legs out a bit during the show. And, if memory serves, there's a small ladies' toilets at the back which saves any women in the party having to peg it down to the busier main set at the interval. |

And one of the best plays I have ever seen was My Night with Reg... yes I do tend to prefer a big production etc, but some of the best stuff I haveseen is the scaled down stuff. |

I can understand how it may come accross that big glitzy shows are the only ones I like as my favourites are the likes of Kinky Boots and Wicked curently, but a good range I do enjoy. I'd rather be a fan of the glitzy big shows than just be obsessed with celebrity casting or just one show like some fangirls can be out there. |

Watching the show this evening - £19 Upper Circle seat upgraded to a £60 Dress seat. Moved to an empty row with a wonderfully uninterrupted view!
Fairly empty in the dress. Not sure about the stalls.
But really this is a beautiful piece - thoroughly enjoying it so far.

I regret not booking one of the £10 tickets now, but I've been so 'go or no' with this. There are so many things about this which make me think I'll love it, but I think I worry more that I'll hate it. I'll definitely have to go to the mid-week matinee next week, if anything to tick it off the list.

Just out. Absolutely beautiful piece.
Sublime performances in the younger and elder Leo.
One of those rare time that I simply just wanted to sit in the theatre and let the story simply remain.
If you' are unsure - get a cheap ticket. You'll not have lost much if you don't enjoy it.

Really enjoyed this tonight. I did get an aisle seat by speaking to the Box Office when collecting tickets. LoveTheatre weren't much help.
Anyway, great show, great acting and singing. Normally I'm allergic to kids on stage but these two were great.
Not a show I'd rush back to see, but really enjoyed it and would enjoy a soundtrack I'm
sure.
Interestingly, and unusually for me, I preferred the first half to the second.

Is there really only one bar and one set of toilets in this Theatre or is there another lot for the Upper/Grand Circle/Balcony folks (even though the balcony is closed at the mo.)? |

Awww you guys, what a beautiful show. I found it just so beautifully staged. Great performances, beautiful music and story. I dont quite know what it was, whether the show or seeing a legend perform in front of me. But either way, a really lovely night in the theatre. And we stage doored and got to meet Michael, what a lovely man, truly a highlight of my theatrical life. Stalls pretty full but we got upgraded from T to central K for some reason, but a great view it was. Awww I wish more people were going to this! |

It definitely is a show that deserves more attention I think. It's very gentle but lovely.
If it was going to extend, who could you see replacing the main adult roles?
