I am thinking of dreamgirls , harry and cursed child, Half a sixpence , american in paris.
I will be in London for 8 days.
I will be going in september. I am not sure if I should see Hamilton. Saw LMM on Bway in the show. It was amazing but I am not a groupie when it comes to musicals!
I was thinking of 850 dollars per a night. Wondering where I should stay
SHould I translate this into English?

Hamilton doesn't open until November and anyway it is sold out until June 2018 aside from lottery tickets closer to the time and a further ticket release potentially happening after the theatre refurb and seating configuration are finalised.
Cursed Child is similarly sold out aside from Friday Forty, the returns queue or any tickets that go on sale closer to the time.
Half a Sixpence is extremely popular but seemingly still fairly easy to get cheap(ish) tickets for midweek or day seats (though given the size of your hotel budget you may be ok with paying full price anyway?). An American in Paris does cheap side stalls and restricted views seats. Who knows if either will still be running in September, but hopefully they will. Dreamgirls is wonderful, Amber is astounding but her alternate is also apparently very good - I'd still recommend going a night Amber is on though, but I doubt they've released any holiday dates that far ahead.
Who knows what else will be open by then as well.
As for hotel, your budget is many times more than I would ever spend on a hotel so I don't think I could give any suitable recommendations!

Half a Sixpence hmmm. It won a great many Whatsonstage awards but I saw it and was not impressed. I really have no idea what was so special. Charlie Stemp, I have no idea why he won all he does is smile. He can dance well but no idea why that should be an award. My opinion. You will find some who like it very much and some like me who find it ok but I am very glad I paid 15 pounds. And the theatre is uncomfortable.
As far as a hotel goes basically I would say it goes by your budget (which seems ample) and what you intend to do.
American in Paris is at the Dominion and I am sure you will be able to get tickets for that.
