Has anyone here heard of Tolkien the musical? It's about the guy who wrote the Lord of The Rings. The music sounds so good. I think this show could be quite successful.

It's a really great show... i was at the showcase performance and they are working towards a full production.Very like Les Mis in musical style. Thi could be really big. Find out more at www.joepurdue.com the composers website. You can even hear clips of the music. There has been a name change from the working title and it is now UNFOLDING TALES |

If you like Les Mis this one will be for you. To save confusion ... It was first known under the working title TOLKIEN MUSICAL See the cast recording trailer ..... and then bare in mind this was just the showcase ... unbelievable. Please visit their Facebook Page and give it a like. West End Wilma gave it four stars and said "It screams for a bigger stage" |

Unfolding Tales did a concert performance a few weeks ago, starring Liam Doyle and Jodie Steele. There's a video online now. All I can say is why doesn't this have a West End production yet? |
