Already seeing Hadestown when in town in three weeks. I have a a lot open for one or two more... Company Caroline Jamie Any suggestions? If only one, it has to be Company without a shadow of a doubt. If you have space for another, defiantly Jamie.

Yeah, I'm a big Caroline fan and it's a great production, but I'm also a big Company fan and this production is kinda historic, so I wouldn't pass up the opportunity to say "I was there". Jamie, fingers crossed, will be around for a good while yet.

Given I am both hopelessly devoted to Kushner and Elliott at this point I feel I should chime in.... Company. Caroline is great. It's a solid production. But Company in this format is a historic version. And I'd hate anyone to pass up the chance to at least say 'Oh yeah I saw when they did it that way' in years to come. Caroline will come around again I'm sure, and, actually it's better suited to venues like the Hampstead than bigger WE houses anyway. Also the chance to see Miss Patti belt Riiiiiissssseee is surely historic in itself. As Baemax says above Jamie will be around a while longer hopefully too.

I’m seeing this for the second time tonight and one of my group is sick, so I have a spare ticket. If you would like it, ping me. Free of charge, because it’s the new year. You’ll just have to sit next to me. Stalls, row C.

Looking forward to seeing this again tonight since last seeing it at the first preview. Loved it the first time and I’m excited to see how the show has evolved over the past few months.

Second viewing tonight and enjoyed it much more than the first time, I think due to being in the Stalls. It’s an intimate show so you need to sit close. And very pleased to have got central Row M in the rush, which would usually be premium and one of the best views in the house.
Up close you appreciate the staging and the detail much more. And I always like knowing the show better and it’s nice to know that not much will happen.
You also get to appreciate how hard Richard Fleeschman works on his abs.
Great to see a standing ovation at the end too. Well deserved.

Anyone know of any offers atm?
I know there's a student offer for Thurs Matinee's but can't make those.
I see encore are listing 60% Band B and 50% Band A 'til Feb 15 but can't seem to find any for the life of me!
Any help is greatly appreciated!

There's a lot of dynamic pricing going on if you can book last minute - a load of seats in the Royal Circle for the next few nights are down to £27.50.

Great to see a standing ovation at the end too. Well deserved. Interesting. I've watched from the Dress Circle and front Stalls and enjoyed it more from the Dress. I agree it is an intimate show but possibly too close and you can't take everything in. TickTock, for example, you really do get to appreciate the genius of its direction from a more all-encompassing view further back. Not to say I didn't enjoy it from the front stalls, but at the end I was glad I'd seen it from a bigger perspective as well as up close, in all it's detail.

You also get to appreciate how hard Richard Fleeschman works on his abs. I know how people are going to be but in the spirit of comparing visibility between theatre levels, I would just point out that you can appreciate this particular detail from the back row of the grand circle too. I hope Mr Fleeshman understands that we are recognising what is clearly a LOT of dedicated work on his part, and that our appreciation is rooted in genuine admiration.

I saw Stasia mention on twitter she'd been charged for two rush tickets when she only had one in her basket, so presume that's the technical issue they are trying to fix?

The TodayTix app wasn't working well at all for me yesterday, maybe that explains it!

Second visit last night for me too. Stalls row C, right at the end. I was in the dress circle box before and while I really enjoyed that, I got much more out of the show this time.
I’ve never revisited a show before (I blame this board) and I think there’s a lot that familiarity brings. I guess I can start to see why people see Wicked 300 times now.
I thought the audience was much more up for it last night and “Getting Married” and “Ladies” both got sustained show stopper applause. I couldn’t catch most of “Getting Married” from the box seat, both lyrics and staging, so it was a highlight for me last night.
Patti continues to enthrall me and I thought “Ladies” had even more depth last night. Someone used the term “MDMA theatre moment” on the Hello Dolly thread, and this is one of those for me. I am already planning my next trip and I am strongly considering being brave enough to start a standing ovation at the end of that song. The way that the “ladies who watch...drink scotch” lie lands with the gender-switch. I just can’t believe Bobbie was ever a man.

Is there a reason why the National has so few and such poor seat selection compared to the Delfont site? I have a large National credit I would love to see the show again, but not at their prices (slightly higher than Delfont) and with such poor seat options.

I had this problem booking Rush ticket for my friend who’s seeing Macbeth tonight. All sorted: I got my money back and she got the initial seat. I’m just leaving what @theatremonkey says without any comments 😃
