I'd like a revival of every Sondheim musical - maybe not Sweeney. I'd love a revival of Mame but who oh who cam play the title role?? Kiss of Spider Woman, The King and I, Candide...

Not a revival as such I don't believe but why haven't we had 'The Boy From Oz' in London's glitzy West End? And why hasn't Killian Donnelly been fingered to star?
Also, why haven't we had a revival of 'Hans Andersen'?
Oh, and 'A Funny Thing Happened On The Way To The Forum' as well.

A big revival of The Secret Garden, but using the original Broadway version, not the revised RSC version. Michael Ball could play Archibald Craven.
For some reason dark winter nights make me want to listen to the secret garden!
Kiss Of The Spider Woman with Naya Rivera or Catherine Zeta Jones
I'd also like the Southwark Playhouse to produce Pageant!

There was an original London production of Piazza?? Yep happened in Leicester So... "no" then, not "yep". I still insist on a London revival of The Secret Garden myself, I want the Open Air Theatre to put their greenery to best use for it.

I got a major wish revival come true with Dreamgirls, which was always one of my favorite shows that I've never seen.
I need a full out big set Trevor Nunn Sunset. And Woman in White, because I haven't seen it and would love a big Llody Webber score. Others include:
-My Fair Lady -Kiss of the Spiderwoman -Martin Guerre -The Wiz

How To Succeed In Business Never seen it. Would love to. Please , please, please can Southwark Playhouse look at some of Loesser's lesser loved, literary lodestones! (anyone else enjoying The Good Old days on BBC 4?) After Charley's Aunt and Guys and Dolls (1950) and the music and lyrics for the film Hans Christian Andersen. ] He wrote the book, music and lyrics for his next two musicals, The Most Happy Fella (1956) and Greenwillow (1960). Then How to Succeed in Business Without Really Trying (1961) Surely the two in the middle deserve another look? I've heard parts of Greenwillow and its lovely, I think it was his own personal favourite.

I've been waiting for that rumoured Me and My Girl revival for years.
Also Kiss of the Spiderwoman Man of La Mancha Mame
Since I missed Xanadu at Southwark it would be nice if it popped up somewhere else the way Titanic did at Charing Cross now.

And proper revivals, not ones where the cast play the music. Proper ones with a proper orchestra.

I saw How to Succeed when it was revived in 2011 with Daniel Radcliffe and it was good but it does need a name to bring in an audience as the material is pretty light weight
Mame I wonder if it hasn't been revived because of the main role, I think Catherine Zeta Jones would be good as Mame if they wanted a name, im struggling to think of a theatre actor who could do it who is in their 40s or 50s

I agree with a lot of these and this is where the Menier Chocolate Factory, Chichester and Southwark Playhouse excel at doing.
I would like to see musicals I haven't seen before, such as: Sunday in the Park with George, Company, A funny Way Happened.....,.. And Me and My Girl.
Be great if Aspects of Love and Whistle Down the Wind gets revived.

Would like to see Legally Blonde make a return to London.
More classic shows: Evita (someone said at regent street park and I can totally see that happening!) Sunset Boulevard (full on revival)

I agree with the requests for Light In The Piazza. Rebecca Caine sang Fable at her Singular Sensations the Sunday before last & it made me really want to see the show again, having seen it in Leicester.
