Worst booking experience I’ve had in a while. Was number 30 in the original queue, chose my seat, then waited in the countdown timer for 30 minutes, eventually got through and my basket had been emptied (I presumed it timed out). Nowhere near as many seats to choose from second time around, but did manage to book something.

Tried to take my card twice. Forwarded the payment but the order was not processed. What a pain.

Still plenty of Under 35 tickets left across the run, check you're logged in!

Crikey. That was stressful! 20 minutes to get into the website and ever decreasing choice of seats, at least on the weekday matinees. Not the same as when we first saw it on a Sunday, and were waiting outside with (it turned out) one of the producers to get in. And our table wasn't full..so we got extra food!

Still plenty of Under 35 tickets left across the run, check you're logged in! They must have been holding these back as I clicked through every single show to see if there was any before booking £30 seats. What a joke

Not sure what's wrong with the queue but I got in (and can still get in) immediately. (Not a member).
Still plenty of availability. Everyone on here will be fine :-)

They must have been holding these back as I clicked through every single show to see if there was any before booking £30 seats. What a joke I did exactly the same and could only find £50 tickets on the dates I wanted. Frustrating to see £20 seats right next to mine pop up 10 minutes later.

Got my ticket, but what an awful process. They didn’t release the U35 tickets until well after 9am. Even more annoying was that people were reporting this to them on twitter, and their immediate response was to assume the buyers were wrong. They’d reply telling people they were doing it wrong lol

I think there must be a handful of seats being held back; what's the difference of no availability and they won't let you see the seat plan and a showing where there's just no seats on the page?!

I believe it's access seats that can't be booked the same way as the rest of the tickets for that performance

Absolute palaver. Entered queue around 8:55am. Kept saying the four minute countdown then going to three then back up. It was 3 seconds until entering the website and back up to four minutes.
When I logged in - no £20 tickets. Managed to find a pair (£50 pp) for end of the run but as I was about to purchase at 9:15am £20 tickets suddenly appeared. Panicked, purchased then thanks to my friend …. Who made the valid point that ID is required… not worth the risk of my older companion being turned away. I’ve booked for earlier in the run a £20 ticket for me and a £60 ticket and emailed the venue to refund the ones for later in the run.
Really stressful booking process.

If anyone is struggling to get a ticket I will probably have a spare for 30th December. Will get it put on the noticeboard.

These tickets are harder to get than Next to Normal, which is a surprise. A great hallmark if a production is going to transfer.

The website has calmed down now and you can click right through without any queue and tickets available

(they're back row of the side stalls but... like... it's the donmar... especially for THIS show i can't imagine it's going to be much of an issue)

Nowhere near as many seats to choose from second time around, but did manage to book something. Same experience for me, except I was number 500 in the pre-queue! Lost my original date and seat by the time the second queuing process was completed, so ended up with a seat in January, rather than in December. A poor booking procedure indeed!

Funny enough I was on my way to London and the initial plan had been to just go to the box office after arriving. But I panicked a bit with the scarcity of tickets, so booked on phone while on the train. Thought it was pretty easy (especially for a train rattling through an area full of hills with wonky network) - spent about 20 mins in that strange queue, then got in and booked a good seat for the performance I wanted. If I had left it until I'm in London, only circle and very sides had been left.

Booked for December. I know nothing about this show.
Am I going to want to go again?!

I've booked Circle A12 for a performance in January. Hoping it's a good seat, as I can't find anywhere to check the seating plan.

Seems I missed all the stress - got out of a meeting just after 10am, got straight on to the website and happily bought one of the 20 or so tickets still available for the date I wanted!
