One of those spare weeks where I might jump on something at the last minute or just have a break. Chanced across Mark Lawson's review (which I can only ever read with his speaking style) of The Last Days of Liz Truss? Nicely priced. Haven't been to the White Bear since a rather lovely attempt at Pinter's The Dwarfs. The pub is virtually opposite Kennington Tube. Hopefully I’ll meet Keanu Reeves (for all of 10 seconds, probably) for a book signing.
I’ve been waiting to see him in person for around 40 years.
I mentioned this to a friend online, expecting a ”Really, John Wick”? Style response and it was totally ignored.
I think they feel I’ve lost it and I’m now just making shiz up.😂
