The Sondheim Society were offered pre-booking on the grounds that they kept it quiet. Based on your current Forum name, Reich, are you a member that has blown their cover?

Alex is a producer but also MD, so spends a fair portion of the budget on the band. Did Sunset Boulevard recently with a 21 piece orchestra.

wasn't it amatour, tho?
Will he cast his usual team? Laura Pitt Pulford would be a great Dot. I'd like to see Killian Donnelly as George (if he's good enough as an actor), but he's probably too famous now for a provincial concert. Fra Fee sang an excellent "Finishing the Hat" and "Move On" in one of those Alex Parker's concerts...

Honestly (I've said this quite publicly before) one of, if not, my favourite musicals.

The ENO production which was months after ... I thought Andy would take money wherever he could! Alex Parkers Night Music had a professional cast let's hope this follows suit

I said that Laura could be a great Dot, but it's not a rumour!

If you're going to do Sunset Boulevard on an amateur license, you do it because your society has someone who'd be an amazing Norma. Not because the MD just wants to conduct those songs!
