I think it’s all but confirmed, but that’s not the official Wicked account despite the name & look!
That’s the previously known “The Fellow Ozians” account who recently changed their name to mirror the official accounts!

Finally, the wait will be over tomorrow! I'll be in the middle of a lecture when the news is announced, but I'm sure I won't miss out on too much while I'm glued to Twitter! Jessamy has been at the Apollo Victoria a few times since leaving earlier in the year, and not as cover, which would make the theory of her being the standby rather solid. We'll find out tomorrow I suppose!

Wicked UK haven't bothered to tweet anything about it and Bristol Hippodromes announcement Tweet has a whole 16 likes.
Apart from this forum, the theatre world isn't exactly buzzing over the "good news".

So it's obvious Jessamy Stoddart isn't lead Elphaba as she is on holiday with her partner so wouldn't be in Bristol!

Why does it not surprise me it's not been organised properly and they've let people post it already 😂
On the other hand I'm glad we've got a new Elphie and Helen is Glinda, even if they were all but confirmed a while ago. Also pleased they announced the entire cast including the ensemble, wouldn't have surprised me if they'd only mentioned the leads
