Yes, twitter only lets you direct message someone if they follow you: so you need to first send a tweet to them (ie just tweet, starting it with "@sfp_London") saying you've not got the booking link, they will (hopefully!) follow you and reply to your tweet, asking you to message them If you look at their timeline they've clearly spent the whole afternoon doing this so might have been better just to resend the email to everybody! Thank you for the explanation. I've done all I can do. Hopefully either my tweet or email will get answered. |

Dress Circle A1, A2, A16 and A17 are only £10 during previews and £15 after the opening night. Just booked mine with ATG card priority. Are those Dress Circle row A discounted side seats are decent? They are in red on Monkey but for £15 they could be good value anyway.. |

Still no email as promised from SFP. ATG Tickets over the phone also have no matinee showing up for Sat 24th June even though it's showing up on their website, but you can't use theatre tokens on the website. Very frustrating! 24th June matinee also doesn't show if you follow the Almeida priority link, so assume it's being held off sale for some reason? |

I did manage to book (after tweeting them following advice from savvy forum members on twitter!) and booked painlessly for 18th August. Because who doesn't want nearly 4 hours of Shakespeare the day before seeing 7 hours of Angels in America?
Anyway Happy early Birthday to me that weekend...

Getting this booked was almost as epic as the show itself! Sonia's email finally came through at 6.23pm! I was even trying to finally get myself up and running on Twitter to contact them to get the link re-sent but then it arrived.

I'm here in NYC...and took the advice of the UK board members and sent an email to SFP...and about 2 hours later...my email with the link came thru and I was able to book at 15 pound seat for the June 29 matinee...the night after seeing OTELLO at ROH. Thanks to all who suggested sending an email to Ms Friedman. |

Got my tickets!! Thank all of you for your help and patience. July 17 Dress Circle A2. Leg room won't be an issue as my legs are so short I'm lucky they reach the ground. And at £15 leaves so much more room in my trip Theatre Budget

It was 3h50m (230 minutes) when I saw it last Saturday. Started at 7pm, ended at 10:50. I wonder if the intervals ran a bit long at my show, or something like that. In any case, I wonder if them saying "four hours" here is just a matter of elegance. Maybe they're not exactly sure how long it will run in the new space, so they just say it's 4 hours, and audiences might get home 10 or 15 minutes earlier than expected, as little surprise gift  That, or maybe the intervals will be 20 minutes on the West End, rather than 15. |

I saw the first performance at the Almeida and it was 4 hours, so I guess initial performances at the Pinter could be the same until they get into the swing of it. Also as you say, maybe the intervals will be longer - bigger theatre so it will take longer to get people in and out of the auditorium.

It's not literally four hours, but it's certainly easier to prepare yourself if you round it up. (Also bear your source in mind - if the Almeida or Sonia Friedman Productions are saying four hours it might be a little strange, but if it's just us then it's not like we're an authority to be treated as gospel on anything anyway.  ) I'm risking squeezing myself into the back row of the dress circle. I only have little legs so I'm hoping it'll be okay comfort-wise, I just hope they either project more or wear mics rather than stick to Almeida volumes or I won't hear any of it. |

They've got it down to (just!) 3h40 now I was rounding up but y'know by the time you get in the theatre, use the facilities and get out again after it's near-as-damnit-four hours

Very true, especially at the Pinter where it can take half a day to get to the front of the toilets/bar queue! |

Very true, especially at the Pinter where it can take half a day to get to the front of the toilets/bar queue! True, true. I might just a) regulate my liquid intake more carefully b) use the loo at a nearby Stabucks*
