I love Michael Arden. His version of 'Run Away With Me' is one of my all-time favourite musical moments:

I sat next to the husband (Richard?) from Keeping up Appearances at Legally Blonde once and Nick Jonas was a few rows behind me another time I saw the show. I also sat next to Penny Smith at Dirty Great Love Story at Soho Theatre,

Just watching Lucy Briers on The One Show sharing memories of her father, Richard. I remember sitting next to him and his wife, Ann Davies, at Trafalgar Studios, watching Lucy in the one-woman show, 'Some Kind of Bliss'. Very proud parents - I wonder if his "I'm going to pass the baton on now..." comment was made after that show.

A couple of weeks ago at the last matinee performance of Grey Gardens I was sat next to Alison Jiear - and nearby were Linzi Hately and Clarie Burt. I was in theatrical heaven but my other half didn't have a clue! Neanderthal (but I do love him!)

Micahel Grandage watching 'St Nicholas' at 'The Other Room' in Cardiff (the theatre, not just following him into a random room).

No one. I have only been to the theatre once or twice a year at most and usually shows that have been on for while or a matinee. Have travelled on the same train to a show with one of it's stars being in the same carriage. Have been to a sporting event where there were celebrities they through.

My friend saw John Heffernan at Ma Rainey's Black Bottom in NT on Tuesaday mat. Don't care much about the production but now wish I was there with her

Tom Cruise was at Guys And Dolls tonight. Cruise does seem to go to the theatre a lot, I'm surprised he's never make his stage debut either here or on Broadway.

I hope you asked him what he thought about the show I would've tried had he not left at the interval! Though that might not mean he didn't like it, he may have never intended/been able to stay and watch the whole show.

Though that might not mean he didn't like it, he may have never intended/been able to stay and watch the whole show. It might also mean he thought it was pants though, which is more likely. People don't generally go to a show planning to leave at the interval unless they don't like it. Was he really titchy?
