Wimbledon has Dick Whittondon for their panto but no cast yet.
Cinderella at the Palladium which we'll be seeing instead!

Plymouth has Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs with Lesley Joseph and Duncan James. Although based on Duncan's recent health issues I guess if he is still walking with a stick he won't be playing Prince Charming.

I have two big pantomimes in my hometown of Peterborough where I go to see family. Dick Whittington is one and Peter Pan is the other. I should be visiting both but I especially want to do Peter Pan as it is in the same theatre I did Peter Pan exactly 10 years ago. I was John, one of the two brothers. In my current place of work which is the Bedford Corn Exchange in Bedford, we have Peter Pan too so I will probably get free tickets to that or steward it. And then also obviously the Cinderella at the Palladium and maybe, like George, the New Wimbledon pantomime too!

Will be seeing the Mayflower's Robin Hood with Shane Richie and Jessie Wallace. Originally it was Peter Pan, but as far as I've heard casting was proving difficult
Hopefully it will better than last years Aladdin AKA The Joe Pasquale Show
The Salisbury Playhouses Aladdin is the one I'm looking forward to. To me they deliver the best Pantos in the South thanks to some clever writing from Andrew Pollard. And they stepped up their game with some creative designs in last years Cinderella
I'm considering trying Snow White in Woking with Warwick Davis
The Nuffields non-panto show is a new musical adaptation of Fantastic Mr Fox. This appeals to me as a Roald Dahl fan but their Christmas shows haven't been great lately. Even the excellent Merlin last year wasn't a show of their own making but Royal and Derngate's. On top of that they're not attracting audiences and the Merlin performance I attended sadly had a few people in the audience

I like Lesley Joseph in BOAF and I liked her in Annie. Duncan James is good too - he should be okay as he's filming Hollyoaks at the moment so I think he's better

I really like the Wimbledon pantomimes! I've seen them every year since I was born! We haven't book this year though as we are seeing Cinderella instead. Might book Wimbledon if cast is good There's no local theatres outside of London which hold a touring musical for Christmas (not to my knowledge anyway) but there's the West End up the road to make up for it!

In Hull, the new theatre is closed for the year for its refurbishment, so no panto there. Instead a temporary big top theatre is being set up at the Lighstream stadium with Linda Lusardi, The Grumbleweeds and Zippy and George in Cinderella.
At the Hull truck this year they are doing Treasure Island

local panto in Leicester Jack & The Beanstalk with Sam Bailey at De Montfort Hall. Curve is doing Grease, which has already obviously been discussed on here and has a thread.

Brighton these days is of course way too cool for such low brow entertainment as panto so we have Sunny Afternoon.
Background before someone leaps on that comment its pretty much what was said a few years back when the theatre royal gave up on traditional christmas entertainment

Our local panto is Aladdin with Shane from Boyzone. Joys...
In Sunderland we have Janice from Coronation Street and Faye from Steps.
Newcastle are yet to announce their star. The region waits with baited breath...
We go to the local panto every year no matter whose in it. Family tradition. It's cheap and always entertainment due to a local comic who is always in it and dies a really good entertainer. The "celebs" are always very hit and miss.

Croydon doesn't have anything this year - the Fairfield Halls has closed down (allegedly for admittedly much needed refurbishments, but I have a feeling it'll be a very long time before it reopens, if at all )

Bristol Hippodrome has Cinderella with Torvill and Dean (as the Fairy Godparents)
Bath Theatre Royal has Aladdin with Bill Ward (Corrie and Emmerdale fame), Mark Rhodes (he of Sam & Mark from Pop Idol 2 fame), Nick Wilton (apparently he was in Eastenders......) and Gemma Naylor (from some NickJr show).
Bristol Old Vic has The Snow Queen with no one 'famous' and actually might make it onto my 2016 viewing list. The 2012 Panto from Bristol Old Vic was Peter Pan by Sally Cookson which is running at the Olivier Theatre at the National this year.

Like Daniel, I am also a Brummie so my choices are Chicago, the Hippodrome panto, but also the RSC isn't very far by train so The Tempest with Simon Russell Beale could also be on the cards. Although, as ridiculous as it sounds considering it is the Royal SHAKESPEARE Company, I do find it a bit of a shame that it is ACTUALLY a Shakespeare on for Christmas instead of something new after shows like Wendy & Peter Pan or Matilda.

In London there is also the traditional Christmas opportunity to have your nuts cracked. This year with three at the same time - ROH, ENB and at Wembley Park ("the world's first immersive ballet").

Wembley Arena for "Snow White and the 7 Dwarfs." Marwood, I think there was something in the Stage about Croydon getting an alternative venue for a panto this year, so you may not escape. Take your own binoculars.

Bristol Hippodrome has Cinderella with Torvill and Dean (as the Fairy Godparents) [br. Saw it last year, they are genuinely good in it. The first act is a bit ropey but have a bottle of rosé in the interval and the second act is a blast! They r on rollerblades thou

You'd have to be on roller skates yourself to slam a full bottle of rosé down in 20 minutes!
