Many may be already aware
But to bring it all in one thread
A few venues offer online credit and exchange
Meaning you can do at your own convenience
And use the credit save or rebook immediately
ROH Delfont NT
It’s so helpful as a feature

One of the ever diminishing perks of ATG+ membership is that they’ll let you exchange for a different night in the same run. Why they won’t let you have a credit on account, presumably because they’re worried about the show being a dud and hordes of people wishing to bail out.
Crucible Theatre will give you a credit if the performance is sold out.
Leeds Playhouse will give you a credit irrespective of the performance being sold out.

Thank you. I did this over the phone with ATG earlier this week, but great to know I can do it myself online now.

Is ATG Membership worth it? How much is the discount off tickets? I don't usually book my theatre tickets direct, but there are a few shows on at Wimbledon theatre I'd like to see and don't know of any way of getting discounted tickets. I don't think I'd buy many tickets with ATG but would appreciate people's thoughts on it. Thanks.

There’s a whole thread discussing the pros and cons of it somewhere… I had it for a year and think I roughly broke even on it, saving on the booking fees, and a couple of bar discounts. But I only used it in the West End as the regional venues near me aren’t ATG ones, and they seem to have better offers on their regional houses than their West End ones. Worth investigating and doing the sums, if it’s close, do it for a year and see how you get on.
