I'm guessing the Almeida put all seats on sale to members, unlike the Donmar which only release a selection.

I don't know about regular members, but I'm Member Plus and only about 1/3 of seats were available to me on Monday - however, they were a lot of the better ones (front/centre stalls and circle) |

I got one in the middle of the third row at a matinee for £45. Quite happy with that, probably be expected to pay double that if it transfers.

Why is row B cheaper than the rows in front of it (AA and A)? They aren't listed as partial view...

Managed to get tickets for January, weirdly all the expensive tickets are gone but there's still cheap tickets.

Why is row B cheaper than the rows in front of it (AA and A)? They aren't listed as partial view... Perhaps because there is little to no rake between that row and the rows in front of it. |

I got a seat in the circle because of the lack of choice on the dates that worked for me (first time in the circle after "Hamlet" with Andrew Scott).

Joined the queue just before 1200, 90 minute wait on my phone, 30 minutes on my desktop. Was trying to get tickets for previews, hardly any left. Had to settle for a pair of partially restricted tickets row E in the circle.

The run is “sold out” as of now. Tickets will be released later, per the website, but wow - what a waste of over an hour of my morning.
EDIT: With a bit of patience (and a sip of coffee), I refreshed a few times and a single seat popped up in the circle with a slightly restricted view. For the price, I’ll survive.

Not everyone has an extra £70 on top of ticket prices to join all the different memberships just for priority booking

TBH it's a small venue with a limited run with two name actors, it was always going to sell very well.

Didn’t realize being miffed about a ticket queue that resulted in an initial view of a totally sold out run would be controversial. It’s true a few dates did free up as I waited, but as someone traveling from out of town, my window is limited. I also don’t typically queue up for theatre or concert tickets, so I was a bit anxiety-riddled.

I got row C just after Christmas. Not an ideal choice as I’m a fair bit to the left, but I was expecting there to be nothing except for rear stalls.

Was number 154 in line. Booked the exact same seats as I had for Streetcar, 2x £15 1x £25. Pre Christmas treat for the 23rd December matinee.

Hi, long time lurker.
I turned up on the website at 1150, was 590 in the queue at 1200..waited about 30 minutes, saw there was very little choice but did get a seat I was happy with and then when I went to pay for it and had all the registering an account business, eventually found out I already had an account (from the days of The Writer) and had to request a password reset...an email arrived but the link on it took me to the back of the queue again which showed at 6608 with an expected wait of an hour, so I created a new account with alternative email.
