Hi, long time lurker. I turned up on the website at 1150, was 590 in the queue at 1200..waited about 30 minutes, saw there was very little choice but did get a seat I was happy with and then when I went to pay for it and had all the registering an account business, eventually found out I already had an account (from the days of The Writer) and had to request a password reset...an email arrived but the link on it took me to the back of the queue again which showed at 6608 with an expected wait of an hour, so I created a new account with alternative email. Welcome to the forum, I've found the Almeida box office to be helpful in the past, would be helpful to contact them mainly to alert them to the fault in the system but also they may help you out with a ticket or two. |

Fwiw, the queue link retains your place in the queue. If I understand, he went back to the Almeida site via the reset link rather than his original route. Needed to keep that first browser window open or go backwards to.

Thank you, the email went to my phone so I clicked on the link via that, my ticket was on my work computer...thankfully I had time to just set up a new account on that and have the ticket I was holding. |
