Got 1608 which all thing considered is alright, means demand is decent but not insane.

I'm just under 3000. Unless the capacity is way down that should give me a good chance!

I'm just under 3000. Unless the capacity is way down that should give me a good chance! Even if they lost 500 seats, that's still 1500 seats per performance give or take. The wait time at the moment for me is 2 minutes, that's pretty decent.

fastest queue in history. Started at position 911.
One-minute later "Your estimated wait time is: less than a minute"

Booked! Row G stalls for £95 each. Rushed so didn't get a proper look at the rest of the prices.

Decided to be cheap and got a Grand Circle Row B which probably will give me a clear view of the stage.

Also passed, it’s a tricky time of year and too expensive for me today. Plenty of seats available.

Didn’t get the presale link email until 11.58 but have booked row C of stalls on a Saturday night : managed to resist all the other options of cheese and wine, meals and other crap but the amount I paid for the ticket means I will probably be giving the other one a miss.

I have to say i was pretty surprised at how quick and painless the whole process was. Despite getting the link late on, it was only a 10 minute wait and got a back of the stalls seat booked for the last Saturday night in December.

Its a double edged sword with these sort of emails. One side is the potential late receiving but on the counter, getting emails out as close to the time as possible reduces the amount of multiple browsers people have open. Which is worse? No double-edged sword involved. It's possible to send out the email link, well in advance, where the link already includes a unique token for accessing Queue.Id, such that, if you open multiple browsers, even across different devices, you still get the same queue position with Queue.Id. Another site I buy from regularly uses that feature and it works correctly. You can still gain an advantage by registering different email addresses, but this would then require you to have multiple LWT accounts, each with a valid physical address at which the credit card was registered. LW Theatres have a long way to go. And their website was being very glitchy today. I was told my paymemt had failed. It then errored re-attempting, which turned out not to be surprising, as the original had in fact gone through. There were also various errors along the way to contend with that should not have happened if it was coded robustly.

Pretty easy. I nearly didn't book given hated R&J but FOMO in case it ends up being great.
Should we have separate threads for each play now?

Ditto - booked a date when I am already up for something else to soften the sting of the prices!

What hold does Jamie Lloyd have over us?! I hated R&J, but FOMO got the better of me and I have booked. I really do hope this is the production that blows us all away...
