I spoke to Annaleigh tonight and she confirmed that this transfer will never happen. I told her I figured that at this point but still had the tiniest amount of hope that one day (maybe?) they’d be able to do it and she said that “sadly, it’s dead”.

I originally had tickets for this as a gift for a 'significant' birthday. Refund was obtained and used elsewhere, but somehow not the same. Oh well.

Yes I must admit my refund too was easily processed.
I love in London and at the time I had the day off work and booked my ticket through the box office.
It's my favourite musical and I had even booked a full priced ticket.
It simply meant that I had to go back down there again to present the original card used in order to process the refund.

I took a refund as well. I just knew that once cancelled it would happen. Such a shame as it would have been a memorable night.

Same for me. Had both those shows booked along with Hello Dolly and Cilla.
At least we know know Dolly is coming next year so I suppose one out 4 is better than nothing.
