A lifelong team ALW member but really enjoyed recent introduction to Sondheim with Follies and Company. And I love a ticket buying frenzy. As such have just invested. Bit rude of them not to mention 9 to 5 closing first though! Maybe it will transfer. It seems to be doing well. 9 to 5 was always meant to be a limited run, I suspect ATG always saw it as filler until something else came along. With the tour next year, perhaps they think sales will have decline by that point.

Maybe they’ve rushed this to sale to coincide with JG’s appearance on Graham Norton this week. It would be a lost opportunity if he were to be talking about it and the tickets hadn’t been released. I made that point earlier.

I do wonder if any of this was planned to drum up hype without seeming overt? Or if they really were just going to release a tweet at 5pm saying this is available to buy right now for the shock value of it (because to the general public who hadn't seen the leak, that's what they did pretty much)? This is such a weird way to handle things.

Front row grand circle booked! I thought £35 is pretty reasonable! I would usually hold out for day seats for something like this, but the stage is so high in the Savoy it's agony watching from the front rows (which I presume is where the day seats will be), so opted to go higher up instead.

1st preview stalls seat sorted. Thanks to a stockpile of theatre vouchers, a little easier on the wallet.

I would be very interested to see this, as missing the Evans/Russell production is one of my major regrets. However prices (for a decent seat) are ridiculous.
