At a Delfont Mackintosh theatre, announced tomorrow. I am so excited 😆 my favourite show and I’ve been stuck on 13 times seeing it for years and I need that 14th time for my OCD 😅

If it's one night only, I'm predicting another concert

I can't wrap my brain around this opening here 18 years ago. I won't accept it. But I am excited by this! Hopefully (at least some of) the original cast are involved.

From what I hear this is a reunion of the original London cast!

Brilliant.
I also can't believe it's been 18 years. Am I right in thinking the cast was
Jon Robyns Julie Atherton Simon Lipkin Giles Terera
Then Daniel Boys took from Jon?
Let's hope they don't mess around with it

I'm pretty sure Luke Evans, Clare Foster, Gloria Onitiri and Matt Henry were original too. Can't remember if they were replacements or not. Clare definitely original cast anyway. It was a strong group!

Little video on both Jon Robyns and Simon Lipkins Instagram just appeared and says "one night only and a matinee", so guess they are involved.

One night would be disappointing. Seen it on Broadway (or Off Broadway) and wouldn't mind seeing it gets a 2 month run over here

If I can make this I will. It was the first musical I saw as a teenager that made me realise they weren't all dull, dusty tomes shown at 3pm on the telly for pensioners to nap through. My opinion of the old musicals has changed since but Avenue Q was certainly a gateway to a whole new world.

I'll be running for the cheap seats so even if the sound is utterly abysmal I won't have paid too much and can say I saw it..!

Bradley Jaden’s Cadogan Hall concert was no better so good luck. For f*** sake... It was exactly the same issue. Mics too low and a really overpowering band/orchestra.

Booked front row for the matinee. It’s unusual for me to book these concerts so early, but Avenue Q is such a fun show.
