I believe these are the rcordings done for Radio2, usually recorded at the Golders Green Hippodrome. They are full shows, including all dialogue. I have a few of them downloaded. They did many shows including A Chorus Line, Follies, Sweeney, Night Music (starring Betty Buckley), and Mame, starring Julia mcKenzie, who was just amazing in the role, brnging it to life on the radio. Her voice never sounded better. They always had great performers in the roles. I would definitely reccomend them, especially if you can sit and listen to it in full, just like in a theatre. Most of them are to be found on the internet somewhere

Jesus Christ Superstar. Although the timing of the 'whatever a screening on the radio is called' couldn't be better. I've never seen it before and am seeing it at the end of the month, then I can listen to it on the Radio on the 6th.

I thought you were looking for one of the shows that are not being aired.... my bad. You'll just have to wait a few weeks Tony Hadley is very good as Jesus.

Ah, the joys of holding a tape deck near the radio to record something.... and pressing stop as soon as the talking started. thankfully its now alot easier. If you can listen to a radio programme online, then you can record it

Jesus Christ Superstar was amazing.
Pity Cabaret and A Little Night Music are not being aired, they were excellent too.
And Sunset Boulevard with Petula. And I think there was a My Fair Lady too (with Tom Conti?).
