This concert experienced such a demand for tickets this morning that the LW booking system allegedly crashed - I've only vaguely heard of them. Managed to grab a single seat, just a handful left.
They produce parody musicals, including A Very Potter Musical, and must have a huge cult following. There's a lot of their material on You Tube.
Matinee added, on sale Friday at 10 am.

The LW theatres website is so terrible now, I really feel for anyone trying to do high demand or stressful booking on it. It's more than glitchy enough trying to book for any of its long running shows in relative peace...

According to Lambert Jackson it was fastest selling musical concert at the Palladium ever. I didnt booknas I've never heard of it/them but now feel like I'm missing out on something. But is this more for the "youf"?

Me neither, and apparently they've done 15 full length parody musicals, and this concert is a "best of" showcase of songs from all of them, by the original cast.
I am officially very old that all this happened without me noticing lol.
Anyway, for those who are interested, there is no presale for the matinee just added, so from Friday 10am at LWTheatres, it's first come first served.

Isn’t LW just an offshoot of See tickets?

I'm not familiar with their stuff myself but had friends who were huge fans back in the day. It's where Darren Criss got his start. Honestly hadn't realised they still had this kind of draw!

I remember them being massive on Tumblr like 10-15 years ago. I don't know if current teens are into them - might be a wave of millennials.

They are probably most known for a meme that was popular on the Internet a while back from one of their shows:

Massive 10-15 years ago? God that makes me officially a fossil then! I thought I didn't know them as they were current with youngsters. Wasn't Darren Criss famous for Glee? And I don't know what a "meme" is. I've missed out on so much in life 😀

Darren Criss did a bit of Starkid at his recent London Palladium shows (full shows available on YouTube, matinee and evening)
- (matinee with Carrie Hope Fletcher) - A Very Potter Musical.
Youthful audience around me were absolutely raving for it.

Wasn't Darren Criss famous for Glee? From what I remember, StarKid's popularity got him some online exposure before the Glee role came along, as friends were very excited to see him TV.

I would highly recommend their musical "Twisted", great fun and some good musical cameos in there. MY wife is a huge fan so been exposed to their stuff a lot.
