I saw the Southwark Playhouse a couple of years ago. It was fun.
What I distinctively remember was the fact that some of the cast couldn't roller skate, they mocked the Australian accent (ouch!) and that people walked out singing that song.

That Southwark revival was one of the funniest things I’ve ever seen. So deliberately ridiculous. Carly Anderson’s Olivia Newton John impersonation was spot on too!

Saw it on Broadway and loved it! Sadly missed it over here the last time so delighted there's a chance to catch another production. Though I still mourn for my 2008 dream casting of Cassidy Janson and Oliver Tompsett.

I saw it at Southwark. One of the campest and most fun shows I've seen.
I'd certainly go to see a revival.
Anthony - I think it was more than a couple of years ago, it was pre covid but I think we have all just blocked those years from our minds.

Alison Jier needs to work more. She is fabulous and that voice! Hope she's getting lots of residuals for the remix of "I Just Want to Dance" though sadly, probably not.
