The Savoy is announcing something tomorrow morning. I doubt it will be Kiss Me Kate, probably just a filler before Mean Girls.

Saw whichever version of this played The Victoria Palace (?before Billy Elliot).
Liked the songs but vaguely recall finding the spoken sections way too long and not that engaging.

My money is on An Evening with Hannah Waddingham at the Savoy. She’s everywhere else… She really is. She’s in the news today rubbing shoulders with Prince William in Singapore, which is just odd. Anyway… Minnie Driver? Only name that springs to mind from the clues but she’s not very ‘current.’

Have just been through a huge list of British actresses & if it's not Minnie or Miriam Margolyes then I'm stumped.
Obviously lots of others with the M&R but absolutely none have done a musical before.
Can we have another clue?

Struggling to think of someone with name recognition that could also sing it
Noami Harris? Can she sing?
Michelle Dockery?
Really hope its not Gemma Arterton

My favourite musical. I saw it three times at the Old Vic with Hannah. I love this show so count me in. 2024 is shaping up to be an interesting one!

I saw the production a few years back, can't remember where.
LOVE the score, can't wait.

I saw the Opera North version in 2018 and loved it, I wish I'd gone more than once. I enjoy the film too, at least in part because Howard Keele has no fear of making himself look like a complete idiot at times.

I’ve heard Ms Driver has been looking for a musical to star in for a while now.
