Yes, you get there in the end. I was waiting three hours, then it goes fairly quickly. Scary moment of two when you get in and no dates are showing - says none available but click on refresh and it should come up. Need to put postcode in with bank card details too - easily overlooked. Got 4 at £50 each. Lots of reasonably priced seats available.

I assumed all this emphasising of the warehouse location would mean it would be a promenade production or a combination seats/promenade like at the Bridge but it turns out to be just seats. So I'm not quite sure what the point of the warehouse "site-specific" setting is ?

He looks like he's just got back from corporate bonding on the 3 Peaks Challenge, during which she took the opportunity for an assignation with brother Joseph. He looks so controlled by Lady Macbeth (his mouth is slack, his forehead furrowed as if in confusion, she's physically dominating him and he could be leaning away from her) I wondered if there's going to be an element of early dementia in his characterization. |

Here's info received about access and directions after purchasing. They don't really give details on which train lines or bus routes and saying 'contact the bus company' sounds like boilerplate rather than giving TfL-specific contact info:

Elizabeth Line into Whitechapel and then three stops south on the Overground (to Canada Water) will suit many. Jubilee Line is a bit gruelling in comparison.

This really was ridiculous. I was in the queue for over three hours. All fine when I eventually got through but no idea why it took so long. Finally bagged my ticket though.
Turning out to be a great week in London next March (Macbeth, Long Day's Journey, Dorian Gray and can hopefully add on Sky's Edge and Hadestown).

Got tix, got the "no performances found, may be sold out" error but back and forward in browser brought up list of performances. Website really flaky, struggled to get the seat-picker to work. Top price premium £150, I went for back stalls at £70, seems to be laid out as a thrust stage, cheapest tix £15 midweek. Awful website and I was getting pretty frustrated but after reading your advice I got it to work - thanks! Even when it did work it was tricky trying to select seats on a mobile. It was like a website from the 90's. |

I just booked and there was lots of availability at various prices, but it took a few minutes of refreshing and re-trying. I was suprised this hadn't sold out already - short run, great cast, reasonable prices. I'd prefer more than 2 hours notice that tickets will be on sale, and would have queued if I hadn't failed to notice the email yesterday, but I'm glad I didn't as there's plenty of availability and no queues today.

Couldn't get it to work on phone , but eventually got it up on my laptop after about 6 tries. Agree it's an awful booking site - even trying to register took me 3 goes before it worked. |

In prior posts and in earlier announcements, I'd seen the dates for this in London to be 10 Feb - 23 March. Looking at the ticket site, I am only seeing a calendar for February. Are others seeing the same? No March dates?

Well I gave up yesterday so emailed them and asked if they could get me 2 tickets on a specific date and today I got a link to pay for them. Job done. What a truly awful website though

On the day of tickets going on sale, went online only to find after an hours wait, that there was no option for wheelchair users. So ended up calling Punchdrunk to book these on the phone, which was relatively easy. But why was there no mention of access tickets on the website? This is a total oversight and very poor of the producers. I understand not having these available to book online but all they need to do is state this clearly on the website. It also becomes apparent that, even though carers do go free, you have still have to pay £85 for a ticket for a wheelchair space. It’s not fair that other able bodied patrons have the option of booking from a range of ticket prices. For wheelchair users there is no option. Something that happens a lot on other shows too.

The preview performance I booked for in November has now been cancelled. I am trying to move the ticket to another date but nobody seems to be working at the Underbelly box office to answer phones or emails. Has anybody had any luck in contacting the team about anything?
