Any update on the cast album? I'm assuming it's dead - the cast were hopeful following its closure, but it's been quiet since... In the Charing Cross bin with the From Here To Eternity One :-( Shame. Great score. |

Any update on the cast album? I'm assuming it's dead - the cast were hopeful following its closure, but it's been quiet since... In the Charing Cross bin with the From Here To Eternity One :-( Shame. Great score. The 'From Here To Eternity' one certainly made it as far as the studio. Perhaps as there's been a production this year in the USA, by the same director, they decided it wasn't quite the definitive version of the songs yet. There may have been the same feeling about a definitive English-language version of 'Rebecca' - particularly as the lyrics came in for criticism at Charing Cross. |
