Binged Australia season 2. Sustained slapping of the forehead throughout, shouting at the telly and whooping at the final twist. Loved it.

Currently half way through season 2 of Australia and it has been so poorly cast. Most of them are deeply unlikeable and wannabe influencers. Not surprised that they cancelled it after this.

Traitors Australia is kind of amazing for completely different reasons than Traitors UK, they must be piping some kind of gas into the castle because every player completely lost their minds almost immediately and there isn't even a hint of comradery or teamwork!

Just finished Australia season 2 and OMG. Reality TV gold. Almost as good as Instant Hotel season 1. Cannot believe it hasn’t been renewed.

Just wondered if anyone has watched the US season 2. I am up to episode 8 so far and think it the strongest series yet. It seems to have had more money on it and some of the characters are great watching , especially Phaedra.

Yes theatreian we gobbled up this series. I had been slightly reluctant given the participation of John Bercow but he wasn't anywhere near as irritating as I expected! In her flamboyance Phaedra reminded of Miss Piggy at her most wonderful! We all enjoyed the ever mumbling CT. I found it didn't matter that we have no knowledge in this house of the programmes that the celebrities were associated with (who knew there were so many 'Housewives' series or what some contestants termed a 'Bravo family'). Well worth the viewing hours.

Phaedra was great entertainment, but I wish she hadn’t won 🤷♂️

I have just caught up with this. I wasn't sure at first if I would like it, having not seen the first series of the US version, but it grew on me. I really loved Alan presenting, he reminded me a bit of Richard O'Brien on the Crystal Maze. I was dubious as to what it would be like without Claudia, but I needn't have worried.
Although I didn't know most of players, at first I didn't like that they were "TV people". What I liked about the UK series was that the contestants seemed to be there genuinely to play the game rather than just to be on TV. But once I got used to it, I thought it brought a different element to the game with the fact they mostly knew each other and had experience of playing Reality TV games.
I didn't think the twists were quite as effective, as we'd seen most of them before so they didn't seem so "twisty". So I was glad there were some new things such as the night in the woods with the torches. And it was good (albeit a bit frustrating) to see a different outcome to the poisoned chalice, to know that's it's not always a trap for the Traitor.
I was surprised there was a murder on the last night and thought that made it almost impossible for the final Traitor to win, as surely the others wouldn't have ended the game until they'd got them out. So they'd have had to get rid of two Faithfuls to get down to the final two to be able to win.
I also wasn't sure if I liked how it ended, but I suppose they were still playing the game and maximising their chance of winning a larger amount, rather than playing fair.

As much as I enjoyed Season 2 idid think the filler sequences were even more in quantity than previously. Endless shots of the traitors in hoods wandering the castle to a mournful soundtrack. These were thirty seconds long (3 x skips on the FF button as I discovered) and there were a LOT of them.
The Mole U.S season 2 is on Netflix. Watched E01 and found it frustrating due to the massive number of confessional inserts. Not sure I can face that amount of introspection.
There’s a lot of filler in these shows.
